About Scouter Notifications

Overview

Topo may send notifications related to local activity or Scouter observations.

Opening a notification can take you to a related place on the map or to a related card.

If Notifications Do Not Arrive

If notifications do not arrive, check the following:

Notifications for Topo are allowed in the iPhone Settings app.
Location permission for Topo is enabled.
Your network connection is stable.
You are using the latest version of the app.

If You Want to Stop Notifications

If you do not need these notifications, you can change Topo notification settings in the iPhone Settings app.

Notes

Notifications are not guaranteed.
The cards or map state may change depending on when you open a notification.
Scouter observation does not guarantee immediate delivery.
