Create, Publish, and Share Cards in Topo

Overview

In Topo, you can create cards by combining photos, videos, text, and place information. The standard flow is to save the card for yourself first, then publish it or share it when ready.

What You Can Do

  • Create cards with photos or videos
  • Save text and location together in one card
  • Publish a card you created
  • Share a card with an image, video, or link

Steps

  1. Open the card creation screen and add media and text.
  2. Confirm the place information if needed, then save the card.
  3. Open the saved card detail screen and publish it when you want it visible to others.
  4. Use the share action from the card detail screen to share an image, video, or link.

Notes

  • Published cards appear in Stream for a limited time, and you can stop publishing when needed.
  • Sharing a video card can take longer because the share asset needs preparation.
  • Content imported from another app’s share sheet is mainly text and URLs.

If It Doesn’t Work

  • If sending fails, check whether the content remains in drafts.
  • If publishing fails, reopen the card detail screen, confirm its state, and try again.
  • If share preparation stalls, confirm your connection and retry.
